Un volume residenziale sviluppato su due piani, un seminterrato che emerge dal terrazzamento in pietra, e un primo piano completamente fuori terra.
L'edificio è aperto a sud-ovest, dove ampie vetrate si affacciano, sul giardino e sul paesaggio circostante, mentre a nord-est superfici quasi cieche lo proteggono, come un guscio, dagli alti muri di sostegno e dai grandi fabbricati residenziali.
A residential volume developed on two levels, a basement emerging from the stone terracing, and a completely aboveground floor.
The building is open to the south-west, where large windows overlook the garden and the surrounding landscape, while to the north-east almost blind surfaces protect it, like a shell, from high retaining walls and large residential buildings.
